Freedomlink Support Services is a privately-owned organisation delivering high quality support services to young people, families and people living with a disability. Our team of passionate and experienced support workers are committed to providing participants with individualised services to help improve their quality of life. Our staff are committed and ready to provide tailored care solutions, including physical and positive behaviour support. We prioritise equipping all of our staff with the fundamental skills and knowledge to anticipate any situation and take the appropriate measures to assist our young people, families and people living with a disability. At Freedomlink Support Services, our main objectives are to create an environment that fosters understanding, genuine relationships, optimism and empowerment within all our participants and their loved ones.
